Don't Miss Out On The Good Things In Life!
The base SNAPnGO weighs only 31 pounds — about the same as a packed suitcase — and folds easily to fit in your back seat or trunk. To set it up, step on the foot pedal to raise the t-bar and snap it into running position, insert the seat post to attach the seat and you’re ready to go!
Highly maneuverable and easy to drive, you simply press the right thumb control to go forward or in reverse and squeeze the left brake lever to stop. In addition, the release of the throttle engages an electronic motor brake for smooth stopping and precision control. The mechanical rear brakes will ensure additional stopping power when needed. When darkness falls, front and rear LED lights help keep you safe. It has three speed settings to accommodate various environments and has a rider weight capacity of up to 300 pounds.
The SNAPnGO scooter gets its remarkable power from a detachable 36-volt lithium ion 6.4 ah battery and a potent 250-watt brushless hub motor. Without chains or gears, it quietly delivers enough boost to move adults weighing up to 300 pounds at a comfortable walking speed, with a range of up to 13 miles on a full charge. We designed the SNAPnGO scooter to be a serious, long-lasting mobility tool. It's supported by a durable frame crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and powder coated to resist corrosion. A smooth ride and minimal rolling resistance is assured by high-technology 8-inch tires featuring a honeycomb interior developed by the military and guaranteed to never go flat. Braking is smooth and secure, front and rear lights aid visibility and safety. With this scooter, you will gain your independence back!
The SNAPnGO scooter offers you two easy and convenient ways to charge the battery. You can use the charge port at the handlebars, or charge directly to the battery. The battery is also removable so you can take the battery inside to charge while leaving the scooter in your vehicle (avoid severe temperatures).
The SNAPnGO scooter offers both an LED head lamp and tail light to help you see and help others to see you. There is also a warning horn to alert pedestrians and motorists of your location. Three speed settings help you to maneuver with confidence in any setting.

Difficulty walking can happen to anyone and for a variety of reasons ranging from injuries to arthritis to problems with the feet, heart or lungs.
But for many, a wheelchair or bulky, heavy, lead-acid powered four-wheel scooter just isn’t the right solution. For example, you may have adequate strength, movement or mobility to stand and walk for short distances but aren’t able to handle the walk from the parking lot to the football stadium or theater, or can’t enjoy shopping or walks in the park with your spouse or grandchildren. To join the fun, you need a lightweight scooter that can go anywhere with you.

This scooter has given me my mobility back I now spend a few hours a day visiting my friends in a semi retirement area near Tampa Bay . Contact with the seller was very impressive received a call from the Snapngo president Mr McCormick about my impression on the build and durability of there product, I had a problem with the carry bag which was replaced in just days , The battery is very strong, stability is good runs best on a flat surface, because of it size I do use it indoors in the club house with no complaints .

Lightweight, easy to fold and unfold, and the deluxe seat is super comfortable. Easy to operate. Best value for the money!

We got this for my dad who has major back pain. He cannot stand or walk for long periods of time. It was light enough for him to take out of the box and put together all by himself. It has a horn, a headlight, forward and reverse. He let me try it out last night. The chair is super comfortable, and the throttle is easy to control. This little chair has some power, it can go pretty fast at full speed. What a great product for the cost.

I just set up my new Snap n Go Sport mobility scooter. This is my second Snap n Go. My first one has lasted almost ten years and is actually still serviceable. I have used it about 25 days in Disney and at least 20 flights from Florida to California and back. I always drive it right down the airway to the plane. Baggage handlers take it down to the cargo area and deliver it right back to me when I arrive. Never had issues with checking it. And after all that use the battery still takes a charge and holds it as long as it did new. Understandably, after all that use and the baggage folks not being exquisitely concerned with it, it is showing some wear. And how long can the old battery last? So I decided to get a new scooter altogether. It’s easy to use. Easy to lift, fold, fit in my trunk, unfold and ride away. Snap n Go has given me a new freedom and ability to participate in activities that used to be too difficult for me. If you have mobility issues go Snap n Go.
Finn –
I have around 800 miles on my SnapnGo scooter. I have 3 other mobility devices from Pride Mobility and Whill, but the SnapnGo is my Go to ride. The thing just works well, has decent range, and is a great around town scooter.
John (verified owner) –
only had 2 weeks; all worked; easy to assemble/disassemble; not to use on grass; tips over easily going up or down a curb; used all Friday and Saturday one weekend and battery finally died; recharged in 3-4 hours;
use it to walk my dog
Love it

I am still young, but I had foot surgery & couldn’t walk far or fast or without limping. And with Festivals, City Fairs, outlets & Places like Silver Dollar City to go to, I definitely needed a scooter.
I chose this Snap ‘n Go because it’s not too heavy & it folds nicely enough to fit in my small SUV’s trunk without having to lower the seats.
I love it sooo much I don’t want to walk anymore LOL. I highly recommend it!

Excellent transport to everywhere, fit perfect in my trunk

I needed a scooter to get to my neighborhood’s mailbox center which is two blocks from my house. After much research, I settled on this model. I love this thing! It arrived ready to go. It’s so simple to use, and it’s fun to drive. I called their customer service center to talk about the logistics of taking it on a plane. I talked to Lori who was so nice. It’s rare to find a customer service person you can actually talk to these days. I can’t wait to go more places with my new scooter. Highly recommend.

I just love my SNAPnGO Sport scooter. It is so easy for me to use, and it is lightweight and compact. I am 80 years young, and can lift the scooter and put it in my trunk by myself. I enjoy staying active and the scooter allows me to join family and friends at museums, street fairs, shopping centers, sports activities and so much more. I no longer have to say “no” to doing things because I’m afraid I’ll get too tired walking.
Ted Palmer –
I have portable wheelchairs and the snap and go.
I love the ease of use and functionality of this scooter!
It is my go to!
I even added some aluminum square stock to seat base so now I can use my cane holders and such!!

Power button broke because of rough treatment on a tour bus.. had to order LCD display unit ..ordered and received promptly and installed it myself with no problem.. although very happy with your service

Purchased Glion scooter two years ago … Needed help in getting the seat assembled properly on the scooter … The scooter is light weight … good travel scooter … enjoyable to ride … just be careful in making turns … it is not as stable as a four wheel senior scooter … good traveling on smooth surfaces, but if the sidewalk is uneven you need to be careful and slow down … but on smooth surfaces it is fun to ride! The electromagnetic brakes are excellent and have had no problems going up and down hills.

I bought this scooter for my wife to use on a cruise vacation. Before selecting the SNAPnGO I researched reviews on Amazon and other websites. I wanted a lightweight scooter that was foldable, had long battery life, was well built, but was compact enough to be used in airports and cruise ships. After a couple of months of use, I can report that the SNAPnGO fills the bill almost perfectly!
The scooter is very well built and easy to assemble. The seat is large, well padded and comfortable. For our cruise we removed the arm rests so the seat could be more easily folded over the collapsed front post. (Glion even includes an elastic strap to secure the seat on the folded scooter). Unfolding the scooter and reattaching the seat is easy – just unlock the front post, pull it up until it snaps into its running position, install the seat post and set the seat in position. At the airport my wife was able to ride it down the jetway to the airplane. I removed the battery and took it as a carryon into the plane. The airline crew put the scooter in the baggage compartment and it was back on our arrival jetway by the time we got off the plane. (Hint: unlock the battery before entering the jetway to avoid juggling keys at the door of the plane.)

I have had my Snap N Go for a couple of years now, and I love it! I did manage to tip it, going too fast up an incline with a sharp left turn immediately at the top. Learned my lesson there. I am 70 next month and have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I unboxed, put it all together, and can get it in & out of my SUV and set up by myself. That was my goal in searching for a scooter! Hoping to find out how it works at the airports soon, which I am concerned about, but many of these reviews say it’s great. Thank you Glion for a great product!
Jud Carpenter –
My mom purchased the older model of this scooter 5 years ago and it has been fantastic. She uses it every day around the house and the battery is still strong. She even flies with it and the airlines do not charge any extra. It is light enough for me to lift inside my truck. Even lighter if you remove the seat. The airlines did crack the foot platform and I had to order a new one from Glion. Great experience as well. I would highly recommend this scooter.

I am very happy with this scooter. I was worried about it climbing our long driveway with a fairly steep section but my 200 lb son made it up the hill with the speed on setting 3. This model is not the same as the one shown in the video on how to unbox it and set it up. The one in the video has a digital display. This one does not. I don’t know if that display is something that can be added later.

Had it for a year now and is the best investment I’ve made for myself! Lightweight and powerful. I’m 165 lbs and runs no problem. My kids enjoy using it as well for fun. Traveled on planes to Las Vegas, Japan, Guam and Philippines. Airlines are ok with it because you can remove the lithium battery and have carry on planes with you! Now I see they have a mini version of it and I’m interested about owning that as well.

I have had this scooter for three years and I do like it. I enjoy driving around the area where I live. I used to walk it but those days are over. I like that this scooter can go faster than most other scooters. Thank you

Glion makes the very best, highest quality, lightest mobility scooters I have ever seen. But more so their service is exemplary. Lori is amazing and can explain in intricate detail yet with complete clarity, the replacement of parts or creative ways to make it more comfortable. They are generous and kind and Go out of their way to accommodate their customers. Their greatest guarantee is peace of mind. I have two of their scooters and they work beautifully.

In my research I was looking for a lightweight scooter that could be easily loaded on Amtrak or any commercial airline. The SnapnGo was perfect at 37 lbs. I purchased the extra battery so I could tour for extended lengths of time without worry. The speed of the scooter allows me to get around as fast as I like. An Improvement I’d pay for would be air filled tube tires instead of solid rubber. Certain sidewalks around D.C. are extremely bumpy and the jarring hurts, Lol.

I had a failed back surgery 3 years ago and after having my wife push me in a wheel chair, because I could no longer walk long distances, the Snap n Go model 335 has given me my life back!
It is so manageable, easy to use, lite, and far surpasses any of the large, clumsy, overloaded mobility chairs that we were previously considering.
The best $1300 we have ever spent!
Outstanding scooter/mobility device!

I started 7 years ago with a model 315. I took it all over the world with nary a problem until a tour bus driver dropped it in a puddle last year. I’ve since gotten it fixed (Thanks to the service dept. for your help!) but bought a model 335 so now I have a backup. It’s a great scooter. The airlines have no problem with me driving to the cabin door and leaving it there to be stowed underneath and then brought up so it’s waiting for me when I get off the plane.
It’s been great for cruises, shore excursions and you name it. Thanks Glion for making it possible for me to keep traveling! I’m always getting stopped by people who want to know about my Snap n Go.

We purchased this scooter back in 2020 and now that I have used it for a couple of years I can tell you this is a useful scooter and if I had to buy another one for one reason or another I would buy the same one again. I drive a minivan and it fits very nice on one side of the vehicle. We went on vacation last year and had no problem with space. The scooter went on one side and our bags went on the other.
The scooter is light enough that I can get it in and out of the van with no problems and when my back and leg is really hurting I grab one end and my wife grabs the other and it’s very easy getting it in and out, but like I said normally I have no problems with just me.
Now the fun part, when I first got this scooter I weighed about 260 and this scooter moved around with no problems, normally in stores I keep it in first gear and my wife is right beside me as we shop. When I want to get somewhere a little quicker I put it in second gear and that little scooter shoots across the store, it is pretty quick. Overall I would give the little scooter a thumbs up, would recommend it to friends, and would buy another if something happened to this one. It is a fun versatile easy to use scooter.

Overall I would give the little scooter a thumbs up, would recommend it to friends, and would buy another if something happened to this one. It is a fun versatile easy to use scooter.

I got this for my mom and she loves it. The first time she took it out for a rip she fell in love. It moves at hurricane speeds and is very comfortable. Extremely easy to fold up, battery is easy to remove, easy to get in and out of, battery seems to last a long time.
The only complaint she has is that the seat rocks a bit. The spot where the seat post fits in to the frame hole isn’t a tight fit so the seat rocks an inch or so around when you ride. Not a big deal but worth mentioning

I just received my snap and go scooter. I absolutely love it. Wish I would’ve gotten it sooner. Really fast, handles well, tight turns, extremely fast. Love love love love it! Customer service is the best. I did have an issue with the scooter, I called them and a live person answered the phone, listened to my issue, put a repair tech on the phone with me. The tech diagnosed the issue over the phone. They overnighted parts to my home and another tech came to my house and made the repair. They are 100% committed to providing top notch customer service. I cannot recommend this scooter enough. I get stopped every time I ride it by people asking where I purchased it and how it rides. This scooter has changed my life. I am at the max weight limit and it works like a champ. Goes super fast when I need it to. Has all the bells and whistles (basket, horn, headlight). Buy this mobility scooter, you will not regret it!

I love the New Glion 335 SnapNGo Scooter. This scooter I purchased for myself for fun, outdoors, to take to the park, ride around the lake, as it is quicker than walking around the park which would take me more time. However I am able to zip through with speed faster than walking which I really enjoy. I can get up to over 6.7-7 miles and I’m very Happy with this. The specifications say a max. speed 0f 5-6 in 3 gear, all depends upon weight, ground, level, smmoth train. I love how it is easy to fold and unfold, it is lightweight to carry with handles to roll away and stand upright, does not take up much space. I highly recommend this scooter, it has a very comfortable seat. Setup is very easy, attach the foot rest, and off you go. I’m in love ! Thank you Snap N-Go for making an Awesome scooter which is faster than 4.0 miles Yeah ! Get one you will not be disappointed !

I was looking for a mobility scooter to use on a cruise. I Considered the rental scooters that are available where the scooter is in your stateroom when you get on the ship, but there were some mixed reviews on those, so I started looking to purchase one. I looked at the weight, speed, capacity and cost. The Snap n Go came out best overall. I purchased one from a dealer and less than a month later I was taking it on the cruise. It seems like every airport has gotten big and you have to go a long ways from check-in to the gate and the gate to baggage claim and I don’t know if I could have made it. Using it on the ship was great, with cruise ships getting bigger every day. I did generate some interest from some of the other passengers that saw me zipping around and also using it on excursions, including one in Rome with 4 miles of cobblestone streets to ride. All of the staffs from the airlines to shuttles to the ship were extremely helpful with the entire process and now I can’t wait until my next cruise in February.

Took my Glion on a trip, even folded I think there should be some kind of cover to protect it from the airline employees. The first plane we put it on they tore up the tail light and scraped the odometer all up. Miracle it did not get ripped off. I knew it would not go up much of an incline, but, I rode it around Boston and it ran well and I enjoyed the help from riding it, even on to the Boston Tea party ship 🙂

This is a very well made scooter. It folds up and goes in the trunk of my car and it’s light enough I can do it myself. The seat is ample and comfortable. The battery stays charged for a long time. It gets up and goes. I purchased an additional smaller travel seat to make it more compact but found it a bit uncomfortable. But was pleased with how well made it was that the new seat magically goes together. Pros are compact and light. Cons slower to get going and going up hills. May stall on a road speed bump if on setting 1, and the smaller travel seat is too small. The seat that comes with it is very comfortable. Also, take care when getting off scooter as it will tip if you have weight only on one side as you get off. Better to turn seat then get off.

Box arrived in good shape. The how to videos are great to watch on unboxing and how to assemble. It’s very easy to assemble, not much to assemble. This scooter is rock solid. It is a little more expensive than I planned to spend, but worth every penny. Very well engineered! I bought the optional bicycle seat because I wanted to keep everything as light as possible, I’m 73 and not in the best shape. Fits in my trunk, so I don’t need a scooter carrier mounted to the back of my car. It’s plenty fast and the range is as advertised, I weight 165 lbs. I’ve got my freedom back!
Just an update, the scooter went on sale and the Glion kindly refunded me the difference, now that just reinforces what a great company they are. I highly recommend you do business with them.

This is a perfect scooter for me! I have a severely arthritic hip that cannot be replaced because of other issues, and my mobility has been very negatively impacted over the last year. After extensive research, I purchased this scooter, and it has changed my life! I can get out more and do more with much less fatigue and pain. It is easy to transport as it folds and weighs less than 50 pounds. It turns on a dime, and is so easy to operate. The motor is quite powerful and easily takes me where I need to go. It’s best on hard flat surfaces, not grass or rough terrain. The battery is small and light, and I watch the level closely as I am a larger woman and the battery level goes down faster than it would for a lighter person. It recharges easily, however, and I’ve never run out of juice. Even with my size, it takes inclines easily, and overall, I am so pleased with my purchase. I can go out and do things I hadn’t been able to do before, and that makes me feel so much less limited. The assembly directions were less than ideal, but a quick call to Glion and all issues were cleared up by Dan, a very nice guy. I absolutely love this scooter, plus it’s fun to drive! A top speed of 7 miles an hour means I’m ahead of the pack for a change instead of limping behind. I was looking forward to the art fairs and other summer festivals that I had to miss in the past, but COVID-19 shut all that down. However, I can still go for “walks” with my wife and do other things I had to give up in the past. Well worth every penny, and I don’t have a lot of those! Couldn’t be happier with it.

I am a retired aircraft engineer (amputee) and super picky! The design and construction is aircraft quality. The engineers spent a lot of time making sure every un-needed ounce was removed. Design is simple, elegant I would say! 31# weight is phenomenally low. The structure is aircraft quality aluminum, I’d bet 6061-T6 and the welds are aircraft quality. Front wheel drive, and the drive motor is built into the front wheel. Turning radius is super tight. I can’t think of any improvements I’d make. I’ll probably buy another one!

This thing is amazing. My dad has respiratory problems that have inhibited him from doing a lot of the hobbies/events he used to go out and attend and enjoy. He is physically fine and needed something he could pull in and out of his van as needed. This thing was perfect for him. He’s on the heavy side, 270lbs, but it trucks right along with ease. I have to remind him to drop it down to 1st some times so I don’t have to walk so fast ha! He’s now back to going to Market Days in the city and tooling around his other hobbies. I’m so glad this scooter was made as it really did give my dad a quality of life improvement.

It was a little heavy for two old folks to put together. It’s hard to balance the seat on the footrest, but we used it on ship on a cruise and it maneuvers very well.

I’m so happy I made the investment! We spent 5 days in one of those gigantic resorts in Cancun and if it was not for the scooter, my husband would have to be confined in the room. Even though the ramps in this hotel were not very friendly, with sharp curves and very steep, the scooter performed beautifully. The battery was good too. Best of all was to be able to go all the way to the airplane door and have it back after lading, we didn’t need to wait for wheel chair or anyone to push it.
The support from the company is very good too, they responded to all my questions immediately through emails. I would give more stars if I could, I really recommend this scooter.

I am in my forties and have trouble walking due to cerebral palsy. I got myself a Snap-n-go just over a year ago to help me keep up on family adventures. It came, was easy to assemble, and ready to go quickly. It only took one ride for me to fall in love.
Since then, it has taken me on two cruises, to two convention, and on numerous flights back and forth across the country. This little scooter has survived everything from the fields of a county fair, to the cobblestones of Jamaica, to the broken sidewalks of New Orleans, and beach boardwalks in San Diego. It has made negotiating airports not only a breeze, but fun. It has taken all fear out of going anywhere, from the store to an amusement park.
Not only has it taken me so many place but, shortly after I got it, my brother-in-law began having foot trouble and has been using it to go to work everyday. He is 6′ 4″ and weighs close to 300 lbs. Through all of this, and the two of us putting around 500 miles on it, the little scooter is still going like a champ. Not only this, but when I go on a trip and we need to rent him another scooter for work, he is sad because no other scooter has come close to how much he enjoys driving the snap-n-go.
Today I ordered a second snap-n-go, so we don’t have to share anymore. I was not even tempted to try a different brand. I am not exaggerating when I say this scooter had changed my life in all the best ways. And so many people have seen me on it and asked about it. It’s easy to drive, is ready to travel in less than a minute, simple to pick up and store, and most of all fun. I love it!

What an awesome scooter !! I call my 92 year old husband “Rocketman” now. We just returned from 36 days in Europe which would not have been possible without this scooter. We tested them all and found this to best suit our needs. It is very easy to operate, extremely light (I can lift it myself), folds & unfolds easily and does fit in a closet. We would give this scooter 10 stars, if we could. Robert at customer service is fabulous and answers all with a smile in his voice. What are you waiting for; get your today !

I purchased this scooter after two months of research trying to find a travel scooter that I could manage on my own. I’ve had her for a few weeks now. Her name is Glinda and she is my fairy godmother. I now feel free to fly around anywhere I need to go. It’s amazing what that peace of mind can do knowing you can accomplish things on your own and without causing yourself more pain.
Most scooters are cumbersome or only have a small seat with no armrests and a tiny back. The Snap N Go is everything you need. Distance: 15 miles It’s fast: I’ve gone 7.6 mph. Maneuverability: I can fly through the clearance racks at JCPenney! Comfy: comes with full cushioned seat with armrests. Easy transformation: Remove seat by pulling up (weighs 20ish lbs), step on latch (works best for me by standing in front of scooter, hold handlebars, then step on latch to collapse), lay handlebars down toward battery until it clicks. The frame weighs 31 lbs without seat and has hand holds built in to foot rests and a hand hold on the back. I set the scooter up on the back wheels and bar, then grab one foot rest and one handlebar and tilt into my van then grab back bar and slide into my van. I had trouble getting it to slide easily across the carpet so I bought a stick on ‘furniture mover’ and put it on the frame between the footrests and now it slides easily. Very reasonable cost for everything you get standard. And on the Glion website they also have refurbished and used scooters for a discounted price. They are a fairly small and new company so don’t have a lot of dealers, so I was a little worried about buying a scooter I couldn’t see or try before buying, but I’m so glad I took that chance. You will not regret getting the Snap N Go.

I love this scooter. I have MS and am determined to be independent and this helps me to be able to do just that. Light enough for me to get in and out of my car (I use the small seat), quiet, and easy to maneuver as long as you don’t turn to sharp.

I am a disabled veteran and have trouble walking long distances. I purchased this because I volunteer at Miami International airport and I have to cover long distances. I am really happy about this scooter. I am 6’5″ and weigh 275# I purchased the optional bicycle seat because I drive a Jeep. It is light weight (weights only 31 LBS and fits right in the back of my Jeep. It folds down to only about 10 in tall and is easy to fold and unfold. I researched scooters for a while and found that this one is the best scooter for the price. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a scooter that fits in the back of your vehicle and is light weight.

I am sooooo pleased with my Glion SNAPnGO. I had an Amigo first, and had so many problems getting it in and out of my car each time I wanted to use it because of the weight. The Glion is so much easier. I’m a 78 year old single woman and I can manage it myself, getting it in and out of my car. I was even able to put it together myself. I had to come in from the garage and watch their Help YouTube video a couple of times, but eventually I did it. The battery life is amazing and the ride is totally comfortable. The other feature I love is you can stand it on end, making storage minimal. I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend buying one.

Easy assembly using their vidieos. When I called the company for help in finding the serial number they answered quickly and told me where it was located. Battery is holding it’s charge after several days since charging, helpful battery charge indicator on battery. Battery is very light weight and easy to remove. The scooter folds easily and is only 32 pounds without the seat when folded.

My husband’s primary mobility scooter is a large Pride 4 wheeler, but we are doing a lot of airline travel this year. He chose to keep the comfort seat, not to install the arm rests or cup holder. It folds up for taxis and Ubers. The seat comes on and off easily. Couple things to know:
– The “gears” are more like power levels. 1 is great for operating in crowds, 3 downhill is almost thrill seeker level fast
– The device struggles on hills, but you can reverse slalom if the hill is too steep for the device
– The battery indicator can be deceptive, when the scooter is under load it reads lower than it actually is
– Because of the light weight, most airlines do not require it to be folded, we were able to travel without the travel seat option
– The key is mounted very low on the frame, if you key lock, the easiest way is to tilt the device on its side. Also keychains tend to drag on the ground, we solved this by using a micro caribiner which we clip to the brake cable.

This scooter is perfect for my elderly father. We love how portable it is. It just folds up and is placed in the back of our car. So easy! The charge on the battery lasts way longer than I imagined! I’m so happy I bought this for my dad. The perfect gift that gives him some of his freedom back. I highly recommend this scooter.

The scooter is very well made. It is light weight as advertised. The battery life is as advertised. The scooter arrives with very little left to the buyer to assemble so earns 5 stars on that alone! The customer service is fantastic (I asked a lot of questions). The reason I state that it’s a qualified 5 stars is because I think it’s probably best for people who live on paved roads/side walks. I live rurally (on a long dirt road) but will take this with me to go to museums, etc. I have a slight incline to my mail box (see pic). On a dry day, i can take the scooter up the incline in that path (with very short grass) to the right in the middle grassy area. If there has been any rain or enough dew to make the grass wet, it won’t go up the incline. I wish the tires had a bit more grip to them and that perhaps the motor was a bit stronger. I’m not heavy so feel llke the scooter should take my 155 lbs up that incline with no problem.

So glad I ordered this scooter – and I looked at them all before purchasing. There is no Glion branch near me, but because of Amazon Prime, I ordered this. It is truly wonderful. Takes a bit of practice on hills and different terrains, but is easy and fast to get used to. This is my husband’s account, but, I am a petite 5’4″ woman who is not very strong, and I have foot balance issues, so I cannot lift this or get it into my SUV without my husband. That is my only complaint. But here’s the positives: Glion’s customer is superb, as is Robert, who really goes the extra mile to help a customer. I encourage anyone seriously looking for a zippy, ‘get up and go’ scooter to purchase this. I don’t believe there is a better scooter on the market now, and I’m pretty picky. Also, this company cares about its customers’ satisfaction. I do hope Glion eventually makes something a bit smaller for ‘lighweights’ like myself. If any company can do it, I believe it’s Glion.

I just got back from a weeks vacation. I used the scooter everyday and never ran out of battery.
We went to Niagara Falls . Survived the hills and the water on the boat ride just fine.
It took awhile to get used to the gears. You have to go to 3rd gear to get up steep hills. 1 st gear is fine for flat areas
And going slow enough for people walking with you. I had some trouble with the assembly attaching the foot
Rests and putting the seat together. Once it was done it was fine, easy to get in and out of the car and I can do it myself.
So far very happy with my scooter.

After one year of driving this scooter I am still happy with it. It is easy to move or put in my truck. I changed the programming to increase the power to the motor which also speeds it up. I get about 9.5 MPH on level ground. There is times I need speed to get across intersections or whatever. Mostly I changed it to increase power going up a hill. It is a simple step to change power in the instructions. I usually use the more comfortable seat versus the small travel seat as it is more comfortable. I removed the armrests as it is more comfortable to me. My only complaint is the throttle control is a little touchy at times. I have actually had a lot of fun with this scooter. I am like a kid riding his bike again! Be careful with speed on turns with a three wheeler but I love the turning radius. Make sure you put it in the 3rd speed range for hills as that gives your motor the most power. I have gone up some good inclines but always in motion. If you are on an incline at a complete stop push it a little with your foot and it helps the motor and gets going fine. If you are not a stable person go to a four wheeler. I love the turning radius on a three wheeler and I be careful not to turn it over. Also, thanks to Glion for the superior customer service I have had with them. Thanks……

Used on a trip to take long tours of 3 museums. Worked very well and battery charge lasted for the whole trip. Well-built. Comfort seat is indeed comfortable. Despite some muscle weakness, I can lift it in and out of my mid-size sedan trunk by myself. Excellent customer service from Glion – they replaced a part that I broke without charge.

Outstanding product. I have been using it for six months now. Be careful using the handle because if you forget and leave it out you will bend it. Also it is not waterproof so if you have to drive it from your car to the door of a building you will need an umbrella. Here is a tip though…get a plastic poster tube, sling it from the chair or handle bars and put a full size umbrella in it. Works like a charm. Also don’t bother putting the arm rests on the chair. Saves a lot of weight and your hands are on the handlebars anyway.
Michael (verified owner) –
The product is easy to use and speed is very good – from nice slow start (does not jerk getting started) and moves at a variety of speeds. However, it does not easily fold into a product that travels well

I have no problem lifting and folding my scooter to put it in car. You literally “snap n go”
I’m ordering the smaller seat now for short trips. I’m totally in love with my scooter. Did I mention the life of the battery?? Still charged. (Lol) it’s so easy to charge. You can leave on scooter and charge or take battery with you to charge. Fits in a slightly large purse or a tote. Convenient! Everything about this scooter is made with you in mind.

The very first time I used it I was stopped in store , were did u get that! I love how easy it was to put together how light it is to fold an pop in my vehicle an wow it takes up little room. It goes fast or slow while I was grateful to stores for the use of their carts man they went slow. I really disliked the fact u can not use on uneven surface/ur yard or if I travel on tour would b very questionable. And I thought I was getting a basket on back but what came was a sm backpack type cloth basket totally useless in grocery store. I will buy something to put there though. I did have hard time getting the release peddle to fold up to let go, I can’t lift my legs much so to lift an push on peddle is difficult, they could make it with a button would be so much better. With it being three wheels hav to b careful u don’t lean sideways. All in all I really love it!

I have had this scooter for over a year and it works great. The only problem encountered is the weight of the large seat that makes it a pain to deal with. I recently discovered that Glion has a modified seat bracket that eliminates the rotational and seat position and eliminates about 10 pounds of the seat weight. If you don’t need the adjust-ability I would recommend purchasing the bracket from Glion. I also just added the new style foot rests that have the cutout to drag the scooter. The only problem with them is that I can’t store the travel seat like with the original rests. The new footrest won’t allow the travel seat to mount in the seat extension.

I LOVE MY SCOOTER!! First time outside with it today, easy to handle, easy to stop, got up to 7.5 mph. I have been basically homebound for the past year because of back problems that make walking very difficult, so it felt so good to get out and ride around neighborhood. I am thrilled!! Thank you SnapNgo.

I bought this for my mother who is in her 80s and has a bad back. It does fold down. Although it isn’t light enough for her to lift it, I can. I take it in my car when we go places where she would need to walk a lot. She also uses it to go pick up her mail or just ride around the neighborhood. It is fun and easy to use. Charge seems to last very well. The only thing I would change is the weight of the seat with the back and arms. The seat is sturdy but it is bit heavy and cumbersome to remove. It could also possibly be designed to fold so it can be stored easier when traveling with it.
Karen –
We bought this wondering if it will go being at the max weight capacity, well let me tell you that it does fabulously on HARD surfaces. ie great in malls, museums, amusement parks etc, inclines I have had to put it in 3rd gear and it has gone well. Sometimes starting it I have to give it a little push with one foot but no biggie, it really goes fast in 3rd gear and it is a lot of fun to ride around on. Usually use 1st gear in grocery stores or Target, 2nd gear in the parking lots or even 3rd gear, but cruising in 3rd gear my kids can’t keep up without running really fast!!! The deluxe seat is great albeit a bit heavy to lift on and off, but definitely can be done without difficulty. the scooter is able to be lifted into and out without difficulty. There is also a bike seat but it is a bit small for my extra large tush! I see they now have a larger bike seat that I might need to take a look at in the future. I LOVE this scooter!!! It fits all my needs and provides me a simple way to get around when we have to go places that I can’t walk that far. I have had excellent experiences with customer service prior to buying my scooter and since. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this again!
Thanks

This scooter is generally awesome. It is obviously well engineered and solidly built. The swivel seat is a great touch, and not having a platform to get in the way makes it easy to get on and off. A couple of gripes, though. 1. The latch handle is a bit obtrusive, and the frame and connecting nuts and bolts exposed. In addition to sometimes getting in the way when I try to swivel in and out, I have also cut my toe on something sharp. In the next iteration, I’d suggest rethinking the latch handle, and maybe fitting some kind of fender or shield around that area to avoid injury. 2. I really don’t like that it doesn’t automatically brake when I stop. This is a bit hazardous on an incline, or when getting in and out whilst on flat ground. If I forget to set the brake, the scooter is liable to roll out from under me as I need to brace myself to stand or sit.

I am a polio survivor with limited distance mobility. The SNAPnGO replaced my three-year-old Drive Medical 3 Wheel Travel Scooter. I wanted a travel scooter which was easier to take on my many trips. The SNAPnGO opens and collapses in just seconds. The maneuverability of the SNAPnGO is outstanding! I can fit into really tight spaces. The top speed is great, and once I learned to lean forward on inclines, I was pleased with all aspects of its performance. I’ve suggested to Glion that the Deluxe Seat should be lighter and less bulky, and ordered the Travel Seat (large size) which is very comfortable and will be easier to handle while traveling. The lightweight battery is a breeze to carry onto an airplane. Customer service has been first-rate, with very quick responses to my questions. I highly recommend Glion and this excellent product.

First of all, I rarely do reviews on any product, good or bad, but as I do this review, I will say that I honestly that I have no motivation to leave this review except for my outstanding experience with this product and company. I have limited walking disability, and can not walk long distances or stand for extended periods of time. If so , I will experience extreme pain and am laid up the next day. I did extensive research on scooters that were light, foldable, and durable. This is exactly what I was looking for. It’s perfect! No false claims here. It is exactly as advertised. And, the customer service is outstanding. It’s a smaller company, and the owner (Robert) and Lori in support are fully invested in the quality of the product and putting customer satisfaction above all else.. Honestly, when I called with a question or ordered and accessory, I felt as though I was their only customer. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You will not find a better quality scooter, or a better company to work with for those with limited mobility then the Glion scooter group.

I love this scooter. I’m 100 pounds and the weight of it is totally manageable. You can set it up and collapse it easily. It has a digital display and it is compact and can easily be stored away without taking much space. The battery comes fully charged when it arrived and I’ve been using it for almost a week and the battery still shows a full charge sign on the display screen. I must add that the seat that it comes with is super heavy for me and I ended up hurting my finger trying to put the seat on and ended up ordering one of their bike seats for it that is only 4 pounds. Other than that I love my new scooter and highly recommend it for any one that needs a compact mobility help that needs something lighter and easily manageable.

Because of the weather my wife hasn’t had much opportunity to use her scooter. It is of high quality and was very easy to assemble. It was shipped in a heavy wooden crate and arrived in first rate condition. She has test driven it a little and seems to be able to handle it well.
So far we feel good about our purchase.

I purchased this scooter in October, 2018 but it was out of stock. I received it in November. I am extremely happy with the scooter. I’ve been able to go places I have avoided for years because of the amount of walking I would need to do — not so any more! The scooter is easy to fold and I am able to lift it into my car with no assistance.

The best customer support ever. I had a problem with the battery on my SnapnGo immediately after purchase (possibly my fault). I called the support number and spoke to Lori. Without any hesitation she diagnosed the problem and gave the the correct repair. Just a blown fuse but there is no mention of fuses in the manual. Lori is an expert on the intricacies of the Glion products. She is patient with an elderly slow-minded customer and never once told me that I had caused the problem although that may have been the reason. In the end I needed it was determined that I needed some new parts Then she patiently led me through the repair and a second problem (my fault) until the scooter was working perfectly. All the parts and instruction were provided free
The scooter is exactly what I need. It is the lightest folding, well made scooter that I could find. I can walk short distances but need this to go farther and faster. I am very happy with the scooter and especially with the wonderful support.
Added (Sept 2020) I’ve now had my Snap N Go for about 3 years and I’m still happy with it. After the initial problem it has worked perfectly. It’s been on 3 cruises, one train trip and numerous trips by car. I’ve used it at sporting events of my grandkids and innumerable shopping trips. I also use it almost every day around the house. I prefer the travel seat to the large seat that comes with it. When the original travel seat wore out I tried an ordinary bicycle seat with no luck. The Glion seat was carefully chosen to do the job and is much better that a bicycle seat.
Overall I am very pleased with the Glion support, durability, maneuverability, speed and comfort. I found the big seat very comfortable, but for someone who can still move around well (my problem is lack of balance), the travel seat is much lighter and easier to travel with.. I strongly recommend the SnapNGo.

received the scooter and I immediately took it on a trip to Phoenix, AZ. The airline love the light weight of the unit that i drove right up to the door of the plane and was then stored in the cargo area all handled by one person. I attached a picture that show how to lifted it and from where should be handled, took the battery off and the travel seat that was provided by me and carry them with my carry-ons and backpack inside the cabin. Performance was excellent with a bit of weakness going over some bumps where i had to help with the clearance. Where ever I go people will made comments like “I need one of this” I mainly use speed 1 and 2 of the three speed. Passing security was handled professionally by the personnel at check point.
I am a bit of part time engineer when i find a product that is close to been perfect. Here is what i think should be improved.
There is a build in carrying handle that is to be used to move the scooter from the stand up position using the back wheels while pulling from a handle. The current system is weak for the weight of the unit. The feet rest pads should be improved and change to a folding up version with a lock-up safety pin that will keep them up for as long it is required. There is a lot of good things i would like to express on here but you probably don’t have all night to read them. The use of larger and light weight wheels may improve the performance over bumpy roads. This scooter provide re-discover mobility to people like me that have mobility restrictions and now i found more freedom of being able to join my family on some week-end trips and shopping.
Now get a load of this it even fit in my car and i drive a Mini Cooper!

This mobility scooter frame is lightweight without the deluxe chair and battery. With those added, it was well over 50 pounds. This may not be a problem for others, but it was over my ability to manage, even broken down. The chair was very comfortable, but unwieldy when detached. There was no way for me to carry a suitcase. I also found the turning radius was not as tight as I had hoped. There were some rough edges on the bottom that would have been improved with plastic caps or machining. It was well-built and felt quite solid and comfortable to ride, but it would not make the tight turn I needed in my daily use. Getting the unit packed up into the crate for return was quite the workout, but all in all the people at Glion were gracious and did not give us any problems. I ultimately purchased a TravelScoot for quite a bit more money, and that solved the issue of overall weight, turning radius, and the ability to carry bags under my seat. The Glion SnapNGo was far better than the extremely heavy models, a good price, and solidly built. It just didn’t work for me. It might work for you!

This little scooter has given me “feet” again. I have had declining mobility for several years and, after foot surgery, have gotten to the point of only being able to hobble very short distances. This little scooter changed that. I was able to go to the grocery store for the first time in 2 years. I added a bicycle basket to the front so I can carry a few things. It holds a couple of personal items too.
It is a little heavier than I expected. The frame itself may be light, but the tires really add a heft. It’s much heavier than the knee scooter I used after surgery. I’ve gotten used to it and have a routine for pulling up the handle-bar before I lift it out of the back of my SUV. It was easier to use my hand to push down on the release lever for the T-bar than it was to use my foot. This also makes it a little easier to grab hold of the back and the T-bar to lift it out of the car and to the ground. I reverse the process to get it back into the car. Again, I find it easier to use my hand to release the T-bar lever to fold it back down.
Would love to see a modification that would allow me to go off-road into the grass or a dirt trail. I may have to experiment with zip ties and see if I can get more traction but I don’t know if the power is there to deal with these surfaces.
Keep it on a solid surface and it really works well. It is pricey, yes. But in looking at many scooters and comparing them, this seemed to be the trade off for being able to lift it in and out of the car myself vs needing a ramp or hitch trailer to haul one of the larger scooters.

I had a small part to this product that I needed a replacement for. Their customer spokesperson was very helpful in getting my replacement to me. If you have any questions or follow-up, definitely connect with their customer support. They’re super helpful!

I push the weight limit on this so it sometimes struggles on an upslope but I have been very pleased with how it gets around on the flat, and it will get me up a lot of slopes when it has a head of steam. I purchased this primarily because of its light weight and small size. It was easy to assemble. The hardest part was getting it out of its very protective wooden crate. It is easy to learn how to maneuver. The main thing to remember is that high gear (3) is the most powerful.

We purchased this mobility scooter to take on a cruise. We both walk well, but not far. I had planned to wait until after the cruise to write a review, but I am bursting with enthusiasm. My observations so far:
EASY to use. EASY to learn to use. Can easily be ridden by someone under 5′, although the foot rests could use an accessory to give a better foot rest height for short people.
Strong motor. Will go up a steep incline in 3rd gear at 7+ mph when ridden by an appx. 200 lb. person. GREAT turning ratio. EASY to collapse to store or put in car. EASY to lift into the trunk of a car, even for a woman 75+ years.
GLION is easily THE BEST COMPANY IVE DEALT WITH IN DECADES. Great product. Extraordinary customer service.

Love how easy it breaks down and so light weight to put in car, buses, planes. This scooder changed my life. I’m 76 and have walking issues. Price is the best on the market for the workmanship on it.

GLION SnapnGo scooter has made it possible to go on the trails and the park with hubby walking so we can go together. Still learning how to use it, it helps to read the manual. It’s strudy build, love that it’s foldable, lighter to lift into the car than another scooter I tried. Support team helpful.

I am so thankful for my Glion Snap N Go. This mobility scooter is the only model that I can quickly assemble alone without my husband’s help. Since, the parts are lightweight. I am able to transport the scooter in my small car daily which enables me to go to work.
The battery life is excellent and I only have to take the small battery in the house to charge it when needed; when the other components stay packed in my trunk ready for my next work day. The different speeds allow me flexibility while inside the office then on to the city streets. In addition the Glion customer service is very responsive.

I love my snapngo cart. It folds up easily, is lightweight, easy to transport, is as comfortable as my large Pride scooter, goes faster than my Pride, has a light weight, strong ion battery, large basket, large comfortable foot rests. Easier to stretch your legs out in this than in other, heavier scooters. Co. is super responsive to any questions I had the first few days. Much more reasonably priced than other light weight scooters. My wife, who is 72, can easily lift the seat on and off and pick up the scooter and place it in our SUV. Richard was most helpful when I called or emailed. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

We are evaluating this with Alan Korn at Accessibility Marine & RV. We were very impressed with the quality built into this. A scooter of this weight and user flexibility was way overdo in the US but it is finally available thanks to the folks at GLION. It is very manageable in & out of a car & can be made even lighter by removing the basket, cup holder & arm rests for elderly or disabled users. We love it!

I really like the light weight. Also the forward and reverse gears are easy to access. It fits easily in the trunk of my car. I can lift it by myself!!
After much research, I decided this was the perfect one for me.
